“The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due...

“My sister and I lost power due to a tornado last Thursday so we got a room at Tru. It was our first time staying there but it won’t be our last. This hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk even gave us a tour before we got our room. The pool was nice and surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!”

“This hotel has a lot of potential, but my stay was unfortunately disappointing. The toilet didn't flush, the air conditioner was so weak that it did not cool the room, and the bed frame had a metal spike sticking out that actually took a chunk of skin off my leg. What frustrated me most was that the staff already knew about these issues. The front desk explained that they are actively replacing the air conditioners and have already started changing some of the bed frames because of similar...

“The tub was disgusting I didn’t dare step foot in there. There was a roach in the sink. Dirty linen, slept in the chair that I sanitized on my own. If it’s your last resort of a stay then go ahead but honestly would sleep in my car before here again.”
